About product

Normally no stock was kept for all serious products, all goods need to be produced according to different orders;

Different product will have different MOQ requirement;

OEM and ODM orders are welcome;

Samples are available for testing;

For system project contrubution, please provide as more details as you can so we can suggest you the best solutions.

Payment

Telegraphic transfer( T/T), L/C and Western Unin for payment options are acceptable;

Remitter is responsible for the remitting bank and the third bank charges.

III.

Delivery

All products will not be shipped until payment from the customer of the order has been fully cleared;

Delivery date stated on the pro forma invoice are estimates, we will try to ship the goods promptly, however delays may occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We promise to keep the buyer informed at the first time of any unexpected delay.

Under FOB terms, once the goods were released to the buyer's forwarder, we will have no liable for any loss, damage, shortage, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation, or failure information to provide in connection with the shipment from the shipping company, however, we will try our best to help solving any problems.

Any import tax / duties are the responsibility of the receiver / buyer.

IV.

Warranty

One year quality warranty is provided for all of our products (consumable parts are not included, like the cables, screws, etc.) after receipt of the goods;

All product quality problem claim must be made in writing with pictures attached within the mentioned warranty period, We will respond asap for part replacement or product exchange.
